It's official--Chef Nancy earned the
designation in June, 2010, as Certified Personal Chef through
the U.S. Personal Chef Association.
Nancy was selected in February,
2010, as an official recipe tester for
Cook's Illustrated Magazine.
Chef Nancy was recruited
as one of just a dozen culinary professionals
from across the U.S. to be a part of the 2009 CulinaryCorp
team! CulinaryCorps has been called "the Peace Corps for
chefs", and each year they organize volunteer work trips
to provide culinary assistance to geographic areas
in need. Nancy and the CulinaryCorps team worked as volunteers on culinary
projects in New Orleans and the Mississippi Gulf Coast. Watch

Zest! Personal Chef Service
is proud to have been featured in an article by Food Editor
Christine Barbour in the October/November 2008 issue of Bloom
Magazine.
As
part of her commitment to assist in alleviating hunger in
the U.S., Nancy was selected as a volunteer to conduct
agency interviews through Hoosier Hills Food Bank for the 2009
Hunger In America Study. Conducted every three years, this is
the largest study in the U.S. on national and local hunger and
poverty issues. Data from the study should assist
in distribution of food to those in need across the
country.
